The Writers Club
This enriching program designed for children in grades 2-4 encourages them to express themselves using their imaginations and words. Poetry, creative fiction, writing letters, postcards and newsletters, as well as creating menus and maps are just some of the writing forms that young writers will explore. Six-week sessions are offered in the fall, winter, and spring at the Main Library.
American Girl Dolls Through History
This popular program meets several times during the year to explore history through the eyes of the American Girl dolls. Each session features one doll, including a passage from the first book in the doll`s series, a craft, and a snack from the doll`s time period.
School Age Specials
These "special" programs are offered after school or on weekends during the school year for students in Grades K-5. In the summer, programs are offered for students entering grades 1-5.
