All software is preloaded. Each machine is configured to allow access to the library`s software only. No provision is made to allow loading and use of other applications. Patrons may save their files to their own 3½-inch, high-density disk or to a USB flash drive. While the library protects software with an anti-virus program, it cannot be responsible for the loss or damage to a patron`s data caused by viruses, or by the failure of computer hardware or software.
The Computer Center is open during regular library hours of operation; however, it closes 15 minutes before the library closes.
Printing/Downloading
Patrons may download their data and print it, or they can save it to a high-density, 3½-inch disk or to a USB flash drive. The Computer Center Staff Desk and the Circulation Services Desk sell high-density, 3½-inch disks for 50¢. Printouts cost 10¢ per page for black and white copies and 25¢ per page for color copies. All printing is sent to networked printers at the Computer Center Staff Desk.

No more than 2 people may work at the same computer.
