Materials in the Moreland Room do not circulate and must be used in the library. For cataloged books, Shaker Heights High School yearbooks, and microfilmed blueprints (please see the Blueprints FAQ page for more information), you may ask for assistance from a Reference Librarian at the Information Desk.
For access to other Moreland Room materials and for local history inquiries and research, the Local History Librarian, Meghan Hays, is on duty during the following hours:

| Thursdays | 11am - 3pm |
| Fridays | 11am - 3pm or
| | Saturdays | 1:30pm - 5:30pm (alternating weeks) |
