Preschool/Daycare Visits

Our Early Literacy Specialist visits preschool and daycare classrooms regularly to provide storytimes for Shaker's youngest learners.

Preschool and Daycare Visits

If you own or operate a licensed preschool, daycare, or early childhood education center located within the Shaker Heights City School District boundaries, you are eligible for the library's Early Literacy Outreach program.

We offer two services to centers within the SHCSD:

  1. Classroom visits from the Early Literacy Specialist, who can visit regularly to provide storytimes for Shaker's youngest learners.
  2. Books provided from our Outreach Collection, which can be delivered on a rotating basis.

For information about having us visit your center, contact the Early Literacy Speciaist at (216) 991-2030 ext. 2384 or fill out the form below.
